Kitchen and Bath Design/Production Assistant--We are seeking an experienced individual to support our busy kitchen and bath design-build with design and production responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have a passion for kitchen/bath design and a strong ability in drafting. You will be responsible for creating detailed drawings, ordering materials, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the design process. Duties Responsibilities include drafting, material ordering, and providing general assistance to our in-house designers and production team. We offer a flexible schedule, and compensation will be based on your experience. Create detailed layout designs with elevations and perspectives Answer field questions. Guide the field crews with answers relative to design interpretation and orders Receive materials and keep track of incoming and missing orders. Maintain an organized stock of design samples and materials for client presentations. Conduct follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns during the design process. Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and technologies related to kitchen design. Experience Proven experience in kitchen/bath design or a related field is preferred. Strong skills in drafting Skills in Chief Architect are required, or an ability to learn quickly. Previous experience in sales or inside sales is highly desirable, particularly in a retail environment.
