J ob Summary: As a Land Surveying field crew member, you will be instrumental in conducting surveys and providing accurate data that supports our engineering projects. This role is vital to ensuring the integrity of our work and contributes significantly to our mission of delivering exceptional service. Experience in land surveying is negotiable. We are willing to train. This is a field position and majority of work will be performed outside. Job Responsibilities: Conduct land surveys using advanced equipment and techniques to gather accurate data. Equipment to potentially include robotic total stations, GPS, and drones among others. Utilize up-to-date field technology for precise measurements and mapping. Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure survey data meets project requirements. Analyze survey data to identify potential issues or discrepancies. Maintain equipment and ensure compliance with safety standards during fieldwork. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in surveying technology. Job Qualifications: Proven experience as a Land Surveyor or similar role. Strong mathematical skills with a solid understanding of algebra and geometry. Experience with all types of field survey technology for land surveying applications. Ability to interpret schematics and technical drawings effectively. Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients.
