As we grow, we're looking for a Bilingual Roofing Project Supervisor to support daily project operations, monitor job site progress, and help ensure smooth communication between the field and our Orlando headquarters. Key Responsibilities: Support the coordination of residential roofing projects. Monitor progress on job sites and report updates to the Orlando office. Communicate daily with subcontractors, crews, and internal teams. Assist with job site inspections and help ensure safety and quality standards. Use JobNimbus (or similar) to track updates, photos, and notes from the field. Flag any on-site challenges and work with the office to resolve them. Assist with material delivery confirmations and general site logistics. What You Need: Bilingual (English & Spanish) - Required. 1-3 years of roofing or construction experience (project coordination or supervision a plus). Strong communication and organization skills.
