With our Waterproofing Division rapidly growing, we're on the lookout for an experienced and driven Waterproofing Superintendent to join our team and play a key role in safeguarding buildings from water and moisture damage.

Your Responsibilities:Lead with Excellence: Supervise and inspire a team of waterproofing technicians and subcontractors to deliver exceptional results.Drive Project Success: Collaborate with clients and project managers to create detailed plans, schedules, and budgets to meet project goals.Source Top Materials: Procure high-quality waterproofing materials and work with suppliers to keep projects on track and within budget.Ensure Quality and Safety: Conduct inspections, maintain rigorous quality control measures, and foster a safe work environment.Keep Stakeholders Updated: Communicate effectively to provide updates and address challenges swiftly.Track and Document Progress: Maintain daily logs, progress reports, and final assessments to ensure project transparency and continuous improvement.What You'll Bring:Experience: 5+ years in waterproofing or construction with a proven record of successful projects.Expertise: Knowledge of waterproofing techniques, materials, and industry best practices.Leadership Skills: Strong ability to manage teams and communicate proactively.Technical Know-How: Ability to read construction drawings, use project management tools, and work efficiently with Microsoft Office.Certifications: OSHA 30 certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days).Driver's License: Valid Florida driver's license with a clean record.Physical Ability: Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.Why Join Crown Roofing & Waterproofing?Be part of a dynamic, growing team where your contributions are valued.Enjoy opportunities for career advancement in a booming industry.Competitive pay, supportive team culture, and a focus on innovation and quality.Apply Now!
