un Local roofing crew needed (NW DC) image 1 of 24 Longfellow street compensation: 1800 for labor I am seeking an experienced roofing crew or contractor for labor-only work on a sloped slate roof in Washington, DC. Scope of Work: Remove and dispose of existing slate roofing on left side of roof. Repair wood decking only as needed Install drip edge Install roof underlayment Install 3 tab shingles Apply cold tar fiber coating over existing rolled roofing and tar coat the small area of slate on the right hand side. Repair damaged/missing soffit/fascia wood - patch with wood and caulk as needed. This is the main roof, rear porch soffit, and small repair to the corner of the soffit/fascia on the front porch left hand corner. 4.5 square of existing slate - remove and repalce with shingles 8.5 square need to tar coat - right hand side of roof, front porch and rear porch roof 13 square of roof total All debris from job are to be removed by contractor. Materials: All materials provided on-site. You supply labor and tools only. Must have your own nail guns, compressor, ladders, tie off, etc. I will provide 1 time use brush for the tar coating. You will need a broom handle to attach it to. Timeline: Must be completed this week.
