CNC Operator Job Description CNC Operators will be trained to set up and run proprietary multi-axis CNC grinders, primarily utilizing Guhring brand machines that are assembled in Germany. Responsibilities Operate and maintain CNC grinders to ensure precision and efficiency. Learn and implement setup procedures for multi-axis CNC grinding machines. Inspect and measure parts using calipers and other inspection tools. Read and interpret blueprints to execute accurate machining tasks. Collaborate with team members to maintain high-quality production standards. Essential Skills Ability to read and interpret blueprints. Proficiency in inspection and measurement techniques using calipers. Experience with CNC operations, particularly in tool grinding. Understanding of carbide and diamond grinding processes. Additional Skills & Qualifications No prior experience required, open to recent graduates. Mechanical aptitude and a positive attitude. Work Environment Work on the first shift from 6am to 2pm in facilities that are clean and well-lit, with a consistent climate-controlled temperature of 70 degrees year-round. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
