Electrician (Entry-Mid Level)

To build on this team, we are searching for an Electrician. This role will collaborate with engineers, project management, and other team members to complete machine electrical requirements per project specifications. Electricians work closely with controls and mechanical engineers to design and wire custom automation equipment. The ideal candidate will balance multiple projects, possess a high technical aptitude, and have a broad experience in automation.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Work with machine builders, mechanical designers, and controls engineers to install, repair, and rebuild electrical systems for various machineEffectively and safely troubleshoot wiring and circuitsWire according to NECAssist with machine tear down and installationCollaborate cross-functionally with all departments during various project phasesCommunicate with Lead Electrician, Electrical Manager, and other departments on project progress and statusComplete assigned tasks with minimal direct supervisionDocument and communicate machine changes and issuesMaintain cleanliness and organization of shop area Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent certification (Vocational education preferred)Minimum of 2 years Electrical experienceDemonstrated technical aptitude with focus on safety and qualityProficient in schematic interpretation, panel building, machine wiring, and troubleshootingAbility to maintain steady pace while bending, kneeling, climbing ladders, and climbing into and beneath machinesWork as part of a team or independently with direction from Lead Electrician or ManagerProficiency in basic computer skills including Microsoft Office, specifically ExcelAbility to lift up to 50 lbs. as requiredAbility to obtain Hi-Lo and Aerial Platform and Overhead Crane LicenseAbility to provide your own hand tools and toolboxTravel up to 20% may be required domestically and internationally
