Position Overview

As a Structural Engineer, you will play a key role in designing and developing structural systems for a diverse range of project types and sizes. You will lead structural analysis, design tasks, and modeling assignments, taking projects from conceptual design through construction documentation. Working within a multi-disciplinary team, you will help deliver innovative, high-quality solutions that support the firm's commitment to excellence and client service.

Key Responsibilities

Provide expertise in structural design, including code compliance, specifications, system integration, and constructability.

Utilize design software and technologyincluding Revit, AutoCAD, RAM, and other emerging toolsfor project presentation and production.

Collaborate with Senior Structural Engineers to ensure quality assurance and quality control measures are consistently implemented across all projects.

Foster strong, collaborative relationships with internal teams and external consultants to ensure seamless project delivery.

Mentor and support the development of less experienced staff, promoting technical excellence and professional growth.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an EAC/ABET-accredited program or equivalent in education and experience required for professional licensure.

Ability to obtain Professional Engineer (PE) license.

Minimum of 10 years of structural engineering experience across a range of building types, materials, and project scales.

Strong knowledge of Revit and/or AutoCAD.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree in structural engineering or related field.

Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) with current license.

NCEES registration and NSPE membership.

CSI-CDT certification.

LEED AP BD+C and/or WELL AP certification.

Experience with RISA or RAM Elements software.

Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, SharePoint, and Teams.
