Competitive Pay : $26-$30/hr (DOE) Reliable Hours : Full-time, with consistent work and overtime available Health Coverage : Medical insurance to keep you and your family protected Future-Focused : 401(k) with company match to support your retirement goals Paid Time Off : Holidays, vacations, and personal days-because balance matters Career Growth : On-the-job training and advancement in the skilled trades Team Culture : Work with supportive, experienced professionals who take pride in their work What You'll Do: Perform hands-on concrete and asphalt work including site prep, pouring, finishing, and repair Operate hand and power tools (e.g., saws, jackhammers, compactors) Read and interpret blueprints, grades, and measurements Set up and remove forms, job sites, and equipment Work alongside skilled team members including equipment operators, finishers, and supervisors Maintain a clean and safe job site and comply with all safety protocols Load, unload, and transport materials and tools Operate small trucks and trailers (non-CDL) as needed What You Bring: Hands-on experience with concrete/asphalt or construction labor Ability to finish concrete to a high standard and set forms/grades independently Familiarity with blueprints, measurements , and job site tools Ability to lift 50+ lbs , work outdoors in all conditions, and perform physical labor Strong work ethic, punctuality, and team-first attitude Willingness to follow safety protocols and wear PPE Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to pass a drug screening and obtain DOT Medical Card if required Bonus Points For (Not Required): Previous DOT physical clearance Unique trades skills (welding, grading, layout, etc.) Experience driving company pickups or non-CDL vehicles Working Conditions: Outdoor Work : Rain or shine-we build year-round Physically Active : Expect bending, lifting, standing, and using tools throughout the day Team Environment : Collaboration is key; communication is valued Variable Hours : Occasional early starts, late days, weekends, or overtime may be required Who We Hire: We're looking for individuals who are 18+ , dependable, eager to learn, and serious about growing their skills in the trades.
