Lead Voortman Operator

Lead Voortman Operator Pay : $24 Shift: 10:00 PM-6:00 AM Sun - Thurs Key Responsibilities: Supervise and monitor a team of up to 3 workers operating the Voortman machine. Assign tasks and ensure timely and accurate completion. Maintain accountability and productivity within the team. Operate the Voortman CNC machine to cut structural steel components including beams, angles, tubes, and channels. Load raw materials using overhead cranes. Unload finished products manually or by crane onto pallets or flatbed trailers. Ensure production targets are consistently met or exceeded. Experience Required: Minimum of 3 years' experience as a lead production worker or machine operator. Strong knowledge of CNC operations. Proficient in overhead crane usage. Other Requirements: High School Diploma or GED (preferred). Ability to work night shifts and maintain productivity standards. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
