Job Summary & Requirements
Ability to lead and train a crew of 3 to 4 people with field applications.
Responsible for paperwork and time sheets.
Ability to diagnose roof leaks and make appropriate repairs on all types of roofs.
Effectively communicate with customer contacts in the field.
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
Ensuring that OSHA standards and All Area Roofing requirements are followed to keep a safe working environment.
Drivers License in GOOD standing. Have reliable transportation.
Bilingual preferred, English and Spanish
Authorized to work in the United States.
Must be available to work full-time.
Must know how to repair all commercial roofs.
Ability to work in Hot and Cold weather.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs. & climb up and down ladders to a minimum height of 25 feet.

EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of five (5) years of roofing experience.
Knowledge of Built-Up Roofing, Adhesive systems, Torch-modified & Single-Ply Roofing
Experience with commercial roofing systems: EPDM, BUR, Foam, Acrylic, Shingles, TPO, PVC, Mod. Bit. & Metal Roof Repairs
Working knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safety.

SPECIAL SKILLS OR EQUIPMENT REQUIRED:
Capable of reading blueprints and manufacturer specifications
Basic knowledge of the Florida Building Code (FBC)
Basic knowledge of OSHA compliance
