Site Supervisor

Superintendent – Custom Home Builder Location: Atlanta, GA Compensation: Competitive base salary + vehicle allowance + standard benefits

An established and growing custom home builder in the Atlanta/Buckhead area is looking to bring on a Superintendent with experience managing ground-up, high-end residential projects .

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations on active custom home job sites from start to finish

• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and inspections

• Ensure quality craftsmanship, schedule adherence, and budget management

• Maintain job site safety, cleanliness, and professional appearance

• Communicate effectively with homeowners, architects, and vendors

• Provide weekly updates to company leadership

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of residential construction experience, preferably in custom or high-end homes

• Track record of successfully running projects from ground-up through final punch

• Knowledge of modern building techniques and finishes

• Strong attention to detail and communication skills

• Tech-savvy with construction software and scheduling tools
