Equipment Operator

Insight Global is looking for an experience Equipment Operator to join a construction crew in Fredericksburg, VA. This construction crew is working on the above ground construction of a substation. As an Equipment Operator, this person will be responsible for operating and maintaining heavy machinery such as cranes, bulldozers, and excavators to assist in the construction and installation of electrical substations. Duties will include performing routine inspections and maintenance on equipment, ensuring safe and efficient operation, and adhering to all safety protocols and regulations. The Equipment Operator will work closely with other construction team members to coordinate tasks and ensure project timelines are met. Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in various weather conditions are essential for this role. Prior experience in a similar position and relevant certifications are preferred.
