Project Coordinator

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our construction management team. This role supports various phases of project execution, from bidding to close-out, ensuring all documentation and processes are handled efficiently and professionally.

Responsibilities

Project Acquisition

  • Prepare bid forms, proposals, and supporting documentation.
  • Collaborate with the estimating team to compile and organize bid materials.

Project Preparation

  • Assist in drafting and processing change orders.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date job files and project records.

Project Documentation

  • Manage plan approvals and permit applications.
  • Track and maintain all permit-related documentation.
  • Prepare and log essential project documents, including submittals, RFIs, and change orders.

Project Administration

  • Support project close-out activities.
  • Compile and distribute Operations & Maintenance (O&M) manuals.

Process Improvement

  • Contribute to the development and refinement of company best practices.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in construction project coordination or management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and document control skills.
  • Familiarity with RFIs, submittals, and change order workflows.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and able to work independently or collaboratively.
  • Experience working with a General Contractor (GC) is a plus.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
