Field Engineer / Assistant Project Manager

Position requiring experience or training in general construction, or similar. Report to project management.
Additional Duties and Responsibilities may include:
Assist Project Managers with daily operations and documentation
Coordinate with owners, superintendents, subcontractors, suppliers, and engineers
Attend and participate in construction meetings
Perform field surveys, estimates, and develop Scope of Work proposals
Track field labor, manage schedules, and support project logistics
Process and track submittals, RFIs, change orders, and T&M tags
Assist with procurement of materials and equipment
Prepare daily reports, safety documentation, and JHAs
Support bid preparation and project closeout
Enforce and promote site safety
Knowledge & Skills:
Education or training in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
03+ years of experience in construction (internships or field experience a plus)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
Familiarity with Bluebeam or Adobe PDF software; BIM/CAD experience is a plus
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, proactive, and eager to learn
