About the Opportunity: As a Project Executive, you will oversee multiple large-scale commercial construction projects, ensuring quality delivery, profitability, and long-term client relationships. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a leadership position and is ready to mentor teams while contributing to strategic planning and company growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide executive oversight of multiple ground-up and renovation projects in sectors such as education, healthcare, hospitality, and industrial.

• Serve as the primary client liaison, ensuring alignment with expectations and project goals.

• Lead and mentor Project Managers and field teams throughout the project lifecycle.

• Collaborate with Preconstruction, Estimating, and Business Development to support project acquisition and planning.

• Monitor project performance, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and profitable completion.

• Champion safety, quality, and operational excellence across all phases of work.

Ideal Qualifications:

• 10+ years of progressive experience in commercial construction, including at least 3 years in a leadership or executive role.

• Proven track record managing complex projects ranging from $10M–$100M+.

• Strong understanding of construction means and methods, scheduling, and financial management.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with clients, team members, and partners.

• A background in ground-up projects within sectors such as education, healthcare, institutional, or mixed-use is preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
