We're looking for Electrical Superintendents who know how to build - and love it. If you thrive on leading crews, problem-solving in the field, and delivering high-impact projects, this is a great fit.
This role is ideal for those with a strong electrical background, especially in data center construction or other complex industrial/commercial builds. You'll supervise craft labor and coordinate closely with engineering, procurement, and project teams to ensure safe, high-quality, and timely execution.
What You'll Do:
- Field Leadership: Schedule and supervise craft teams, including electricians and possibly other trades like plumbing or HVAC.
- Project Planning: Plan workforce levels, equipment needs, materials, and temporary power sources; track hours and adjust schedules as needed.
- Risk & Safety Management: Support labor relations, uphold safety standards, and resolve jurisdictional issues on-site.
- Cross-Team Coordination: Work with Engineering, Quality, Material Control, and Estimating to ensure alignment with project drawings, specs, and timelines.
- Problem Solving: Address construction challenges - productivity, logistics, interface issues - with experience and calm leadership.
What You Bring:
- 8+ years of supervisory experience in large-scale construction projects.
- Solid electrical systems knowledge, with preference for those experienced in data center environments.
- Hands-on experience with projects valued at $15M+ in commercial or industrial sectors.
- Strong scheduling, cost control, and team management skills.
- Willingness to travel long-term to client sites (up to 70%+).
- U.S. driver's license and valid passport.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Excellent team leadership and mentorship track record.
- Deep familiarity with construction laws, processes, and safety standards.
- Proficiency in developing and executing project strategies and budgets.
This is a boots-on-the-ground leadership role where your experience and passion for building will make a major impact. Let's build something great - together.
