We're looking for experienced Electrical Superintendents who thrive on complex projects, lead with purpose, and bring boots-on-the-ground energy to every phase of construction. This role involves scheduling, coordinating, and supervising craft teams-especially in electrical scopes-while occasionally overseeing multiple trade groups including plumbing, sheet metal, and more.
Location:
Remote U.S. based, with a strong willingness to travel long-term to various project sites. Travel estimated at 70% or more.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Overseeing day-to-day site execution including resource planning, material coordination, equipment logistics, and power setup.
- Leading and mentoring craft teams and Assistant Superintendents (on larger projects).
- Interfacing with departments like Engineering, Procurement, and Quality Control to keep schedules tight and deliverables sharp.
- Coordinating between multiple trades and contractors for seamless execution.
- Supporting labor relations, resolving jurisdictional issues, and ensuring safety compliance.
- Navigating construction challenges with strong problem-solving skills and leadership presence.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of supervisory experience in construction with strong electrical expertise.
- Background in Data Center construction is a major plus.
- Experience with project scopes of $15M+ in Commercial or Industrial sectors.
- Valid U.S. driver's license and passport.
- Advanced skills in scheduling, cost control, and leading large craft teams.
Preferred:
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proven success in enforcing safety protocols and achieving quality targets.
- Solid grasp of construction laws, standards, and strategic planning.
