From framing to finish work, you'll be hands-on in building everything from school additions to zoo exhibits. **What You'll Do** + Work on a variety of commercial construction projects + Build, install, and repair wood structures, doors, frames, hardware, and more + Read blueprints and plans to bring designs to life + Use hand tools, power tools, and your own craftsmanship to shape and assemble materials + Install finish elements like trim, flooring, and cabinetry + Help with concrete forming and finishing when needed + Keep the jobsite clean, safe, and organized **Who We're Looking For** **We welcome carpenters of all experience levels.
