Global Project Manager - Personalized Healthcare Location: Oro Valley, AZ (Hybrid) Hours/Schedule: Full-time Type: Contract Overview A cutting-edge healthcare and diagnostics organization is seeking a Global Project Manager to help drive innovation in personalized medicine. The ideal candidate will hold a BS/BA degree in Science, Engineering, or Business Administration, or possess an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience. They should have 3 to 5 years of experience in project management, product development, or a closely related field. Preferred qualifications include professional certifications such as PMP, Agile, Scrum Master, or SAFe, which demonstrate formal training and proficiency in modern project management methodologies. Responsibilities Lead cross-functional projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, and budget. Develop detailed project timelines, assign resources, and ensure progress is tracked against deliverables. Monitor project status and manage risks, scope, and financials. Support lifecycle team and portfolio committees with up-to-date project information. Facilitate project milestone reviews and prepare executive-level summaries. Maintain and update integrated project plans using PPM tools like MS Project, Planisware, or Smartsheet. Identify roadblocks, analyze scenarios, and recommend corrective actions to keep projects on track.
