THIS POSITION
We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our growing team! You will be responsible for overseeing and managing the life cycle of our projects while ensuring that all tasks are completed to Blair, Church & Flynn's standard of excellence.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee and manage projects from conception to completion
Analyze plans, survey reports, maps, and other data related to project design
Consider regulations, site selection, and other factors relevant to a project
Prepare cost estimates to determine a project's economic feasibility
Provide technical guidance and support to project teams
Review plans and specifications to ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and regulations
Coordinate with other professionals such as architects, contractors, and surveyors to ensure that projects are completed on time
Participate in project meetings and provide progress reports to clients and stakeholders
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of engineering practices and standards
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field
Must have a valid Professional Engineer (PE) license
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in civil engineering projects
LOCATION
This position is located in our Henderson office and requires off-site meetings or job site visits
