About the Role iCapital is seeking a project manager to join our People team. This individual will be responsible for organizing and implementing programs intended to support employee development and ensure an inclusive workplace. This role will help ensure the successful execution of our iBelong strategy and other key talent initiatives, including the integration of our inclusion framework tied to the four strategic pillars: Colleagues, Culture, Community and Clients. This individual will have the opportunity to design and develop solutions to help create a sense of belonging and impact our local communities. Additionally, this role will play a key role in supporting our talent lifecycle, the launch of a new talent platform and other innovative initiatives to support leadership development and strengthen our culture. Responsibilities Coordinate and manage key talent and inclusion initiatives to ensure the achievement of our objectives within various business units. Proactively contribute ideas and solutions to embed inclusion strategies into all programs and activities. Manage Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) by driving awareness and engagement to advance a diverse and inclusive culture. Develop and implement strategies in partnership with ERGs to understand and support building a diverse talent pipeline, employee experience and engagement with our surrounding communities. Assist with the execution of volunteer initiatives as we expand our philanthropic efforts tied to financial and technology literacy across iCapital's surrounding communities. Assist with the enhancement of talent and performance approach, as well as contribute to implementing existing and future leadership programs. Build strong partnerships and relationships with our business partners and human resource colleagues. Design presentations, generate reports, and contribute to presentations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required 5+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources 3+ years with DEI experience Strong program, project, and change management experience and skills Able to handle confidential materials Able to work in a team-oriented and collaborative setting, to build relationships with all levels of leadership, technical and business resources Solid presentation, verbal, and written communication skills Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify, quantify, interpret, and report statistical data for presentations Benefits The base salary range for this role is $100,000 to $140,000. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus.
