Welder Paying $25 / HR to $28 / HR Location: Clackamas, OR We are seeking an experienced Welder/Fabricator to join our team on the swing shift. In this role, you will weld on mild steel using .035 hard wire and FCAW with .045 wire, read blueprints, and fabricate parts. This position offers the opportunity to work in a clean and organized shop that manufactures sheet metal products for various industries, including automotive and exercise equipment. Responsibilities: Weld on mild steel using .035 hard wire and FCAW with .045 wire. Read and interpret blueprints to fabricate parts accurately. Perform MIG, TIG, and fabrication tasks as needed. Run weld tests by joining two pieces of flat metal together using .035 hard wire. Work on both production welding and custom fabrication projects. Qualifications: Experience with TIG welding and aluminum fabrication is a plus. Strong attention to detail and quality. Shift: The shop operates on a swing shift with regular hours from 4:00pm to 2:30am, Monday through Thursday. Training will take place on the day shift from 7:30am to 4:00pm, Monday through Friday. Overtime is available starting at 5:30am on day shift, and on swing shift, you must be available to work Fridays. Voluntary overtime is available on Saturdays but not required.
