Fabricator (Mechanical) Location: On-site - Albany, GA Employment Type: Full-time Role Description: We are seeking a skilled Fabricator with mechanical experience to join our team in Albany, GA. This is a full-time, on-site position where you will be responsible for assembling, installing, maintaining, and repairing mechanical systems and equipment. Key Responsibilities: Assemble, disassemble, and repair various mechanical systems, including pumps Fabricate mechanical components with precision Use hand and power tools safely and effectively Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform root cause analysis Interpret and work from blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications Conduct quality control checks to ensure workmanship meets standards Collaborate with team members and project leads to meet production goals Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area Qualifications: Proficiency in mechanical assembly, installation, and repair Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Skilled in the use of hand and power tools Experience in fabricating components and performing quality inspections Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Effective communicator and team player Prior experience in industrial or mining environments is a plus High school diploma or equivalent required Technical certification or vocational training is a plus Welding experience is highly desirable
