Key Responsibilities Perform MIG welding with the ability to work independently and complete projects without constant supervision. Execute TIG welding with precision, especially on stainless steel and aluminum (bonus eligible). Read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols to ensure accurate fabrication. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols . Use a variety of tools including welders, torches, grinders, clippers, gauges, hand and power tools . Expected Results Successfully pass a weld test . Demonstrate consistent MIG welding proficiency and the ability to do your own way out. Deliver high-quality welds on stainless and aluminum using TIG methods. Skills Required MIG Welding (independent execution) TIG Welding (especially stainless and aluminum) Blueprint reading Safety awareness Basic math and measurement skills Experience Required Proven experience in MIG and TIG welding Familiarity with stainless steel and aluminum welding is a strong plus Qualities Required Strong communication and attention to detail Punctuality and ability to follow directions Adaptability in a dynamic work environment Education Requirements Certified Welder (required) Physical Requirements Ability to bend, stoop, stand for extended periods Must wear and work in proper safety equipment Good hand-eye coordination , dexterity , and physical endurance Equipment Used Welder, torch, grinders, clippers, gauges, hand tools, power tools What's Attractive About This Position 80% of the time, lunch is provided on-site Enjoy home-cooked meals and a daily 12-1 PM shop shutdown to eat together as a team Bonus pay for TIG welding on stainless steel and aluminum
