Key Responsibilities: Perform MIG and TIG welding on trailers, components, and custom parts. Fabricate and assemble metal structures and equipment through welding and fitting. Interpret and work from blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications . Inspect welds for accuracy and quality, ensuring compliance with safety and structural standards. Operate fabrication tools such as grinders, saws, and cutting torches. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols. Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and quality standards. Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment and tools. Qualifications: Proven experience in MIG and TIG welding (minimum 2-3 years preferred). Strong background in trailer fabrication and metal parts assembly. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. Skilled in using fabrication tools and machinery. Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong work ethic and commitment to safety and quality. Welding certification is a plus but not required.
