**What You Will Be Doing**

+ Supervise a team of millwrights, pipe fitters and welders in performing maintenance, repairs, and installations.

+ Review technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accurate work.

+ Respond to emergency repairs promptly.

+ Receive and organize materials and consumables.

+ Conduct safety inspections and enforce compliance with safety protocols.

**What We Are Looking For**

+ Must have 4-6 years working as an Industrial Mechanical Journeyman/Helper

+ Must be able to read prints and demonstrate thorough knowledge in performing maintenance, repairs, and installations

+ Must have good leadership and communication skills with customers co-workers and supervisors

+ Must have experience working on an industrial construction project

+ Demonstrated industrial construction/maintenance history experience

**Conditions of Employment**

+ Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.

**Work Environment**

+ Role operations primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
