Proficient in 3D CAD (e.g., SolidWorks, Creo).
Knowledge of GD&T and engineering drawing standards.
Familiarity with ECOs, BOMs, and design documentation.
Root cause analysis tools (5 Whys, Fishbone, FMEA).
Communication:
Strong written and verbal skills.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
