A respected Commercial General Contractor is seeking a skilled Project Manager with experience leading federal construction projects . This is an excellent opportunity to join a company known for delivering high-quality work on time and within budget, with a focus on government and military contracts.

Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Oversee all phases of federal construction projects—from preconstruction through closeout—as the lead Project Manager .

• Ensure compliance with federal regulations, contract documents, and quality control standards (USACE, NAVFAC, GSA, etc.).

• Collaborate with field teams, subcontractors, and government officials to ensure smooth project execution.

• Manage project schedules, budgets, RFIs, submittals, and change orders with a high level of accuracy and accountability.

• Lead project meetings, maintain clear documentation, and act as the primary point of contact with clients and stakeholders.

• Work closely with estimators and preconstruction teams to develop competitive proposals and project plans.

Project Manager Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction, with a proven track record on federal/government projects.

• Strong knowledge of FAR regulations, federal contracting procedures, and construction compliance.

• Proficient in project management software (Procore, MS Project, or similar).

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to obtain or maintain necessary clearances (if required).
