Construction Manager 5

Location: Boydton, VA

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee the successful execution of multiple projects at our Boydton, VA campus. This role involves managing the operations construction and ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
• Proven experience in managing large-scale construction projects
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Knowledge of design and construction processes, quality control, and cost management
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field
• 10 years of experience in construction management

• PMI or PMP certification
• Experience with data center projects
• Proficiency in MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, and Visio

• Manage and coordinate personnel and resources for the project(s)
• Assist with preconstruction efforts and manage all aspects from inception
• Oversee project performance, including status, schedule, cost control, and change management systems
• Maintain relationships with internal partners, designers, consultants, and the GC team
• Lead project meetings, including progress, pre-construction, and pre-award
• Develop and maintain site logistics plans and conduct quality inspections
