A Senior Construction Manager is needed for an American multinational technology company that develops, manufactures, licenses, supports, and sells computer software, consumer electronics, personal computers, and related services in the Boydton, VA area. This job oversees data center construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, budget, and schedule compliance.

responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate company personnel and resources for assigned projects.
- Assist in preconstruction efforts including planning and documentation.
- Lead project execution from inception through completion.
- Prepare and execute project planning documents for internal Microsoft teams.
- Review trade contracts, bid packages, and manage procurement.
- Monitor project performance, including schedule, budget, and change management.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, designers, consultants, and the general contractor.
- Lead Owner-Architect-Contractor (OAC) meetings and other key project discussions.
- Review inspection/test data to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
- Develop and manage site logistics plans in collaboration with consultants and GC.
- Establish and enforce QA/QC procedures; conduct on-site quality inspections.
- Promote and enforce a strong safety culture, including mentoring others on the Injury-Free Environment (IFE) program.

- In-depth knowledge of construction/design processes, scheduling, cost control, and quality assurance.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- PMI or PMP certification preferred.
- 10+ years of relevant construction project experience.
