Vous avez une experience de charge de projets, vous avez travaille dans le domaine des amenagements de bureaux, espaces corporatifs et vous souhaitez evoluer et developper de nouvelles competences? Ce poste est pour vous !
Le programme d'avions commerciaux A220 recherche un charge de projets pour rejoindre notre equipe des espaces site et communs basee a Mirabel (Quebec, Canada), ou vous travaillerez conjointement a supporter les clients internes et collaborer avec differents departements pour la realisation de vos projets.
Vous ferez partie de lequipe Espaces site et communs chargee de / qui developpe amelioration des espaces sites, transformation de nouveaux espaces bureaux (nouveaux standards & politique des bureaux partages) projets specifiques de fonctions et soutenir et executer les evenements corporatifs sur le site de Mirabel.
L'organisation de l'equipe est etablie de maniere a promouvoir la collaboration transversale de maniere autonome, en se soutenant mutuellement et en apprenant collectivement.
Votre role en tant que Charge(e) de projets sera de soutenir lentreprise a atteindre les objectifs cibles aux travers les differents projets pour lesquels vous serez mandate. Soutenir les clients internes et collaborer etroitement avec les parties prenantes et collaborateurs exterieurs afin de mener a terme tous les projets avec succes et satisfaction.

Vos defis:
Promouvoir la vision, les valeurs et la culture de lentreprise et lequipe des espaces bureaux et communs;
Connaitre lenvironnement des espaces corporatifs (bureaux) en Activity Based Working (ABW);
Recueillir, analyser et comprendre les demandes de clients internes;
Produire des mandats de projets clairs selon le processus Airbus;
Faire des analyses des planchers. (FTE, ratio, taux doccupation, etc.);
Faire des releves pour produire des plans existants;
Produire des plans damenagement de bureaux selon les standards etablis;
Preparer un document complet de presentation de projet aligne avec la strategie de l'entreprise (mandat, business case, etc.);
Gestion de budgets entiere : conduire des appels doffres, analyser les soumissions, preparer les demandes dachats, gestion des bons de commandes, autorisation des factures, courus, etc;
Reception et installation des fournitures de bureaux;
Superviser les chantiers damenagement avec tous les fournisseurs;
Remettre au dessinateur les nouveaux plans pour la mise a jour des TQC;
Creer une adherence et faire respecter la politique de bureaux partages;
Animer des forums ou des ateliers;
Connaitre et gerer le logiciel CloudBooking, systeme de reservations. Produire des rapports de compilation, statistiques, etc. (un atout);
Produire des presentations executives;
Gerer les acces aux fournisseurs et visiteurs;
Gestion en tant que support aux evenements corporatifs et de fonctions (Site de Mirabel);
Toutes autres taches connexes.
Votre profil:
Vous detenez au moins 10 ans dexperience a titre de charge(e) de projets ;
Vous etes titulaire dun DEC en gestion de projets ou dun baccalaureat universitaire ;
Vous etes bilingue, maitrisant le francais et langlais, tant a loral qua lecrit ;
Vous connaissez et utilisez le logiciel AutoCAD ;
Vous etes a laise dans lenvironnement de la suite Google et savez en tirer pleinement parti ;
Vous possedez une connaissance approfondie des processus de planification de projets lies a lamenagement de bureaux et despaces corporatifs ;
Vous avez la capacite de faire des suivis rigoureux et detailles ;
Vous aimez travailler en equipe et faites preuve dune grande polyvalence ;
Vous possedez un bon sens de la communication et de solides habiletes interpersonnelles ;
Vous demontrez du leadership, developpez activement votre reseau de contacts et aspirez a devenir un ambassadeur des espaces communs et du site ;
Vous avez un sens logistique developpe et vous etes reconnu pour votre grande organisation ;
Vous possedez votre carte ASP construction (atout) .

The A220 Commercial Aircraft Program is looking for a Project Manager to join our Site & Common Spaces team based in Mirabel, Quebec (Canada). In this role, you will support internal clients and collaborate with various departments to successfully deliver your projects.
You will be part of the Site & Common Spaces team, responsible for improving site environments, transforming office spaces (new standards & shared desk policy), supporting function-specific projects, and executing corporate events at the Mirabel site.

As a Project Manager, your role will be to help the business achieve its objectives through the successful delivery of assigned projects. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure all projects are completed efficiently and to the highest satisfaction.

Your Challenges
Promote the vision, values, and culture of the company and the Site & Common Spaces team;
Understand the Activity-Based Working (ABW) corporate space environment;
Gather, analyze, and interpret internal client requests;
Develop clear project mandates following Airbus processes;
Analyze floor plans (FTEs, ratios, occupancy rates, etc.);
Conduct site assessments to create existing layout plans;
Design office layouts in accordance with established standards;
Prepare comprehensive project presentation documents aligned with company strategy (mandate, business case, etc.);
Manage project budgets entirely: lead tenders, analyze bids, prepare purchase requests, manage purchase orders, approve invoices, accruals, etc.;
Oversee delivery and installation of office furniture and supplies;
Supervise construction and layout projects with all suppliers;
Provide updated plans to the drafter for As-Built drawings;
Ensure compliance with and promotion of the shared desk policy;
Facilitate forums or workshops;
Operate and manage the CloudBooking reservation system, produce reports and statistics (asset);
Create executive-level presentations;
Manage supplier and visitor access;
Support corporate and functional events held at the Mirabel site;
Perform other related tasks as required.
Your boarding pass:
You have at least 10 years of experience as a Project Manager ;
You hold a college diploma in project management (DEC) or a university degree ;
You are bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written ;
You are proficient with AutoCAD ;
You are comfortable using Google Workspace and know how to use it effectively ;
You have in-depth knowledge of project planning processes in the context of office and corporate space planning ;
You are highly detail-oriented and capable of rigorous follow-ups ;
You enjoy teamwork and are versatile in your approach ;
You have excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities ;
You demonstrate leadership, actively build your professional network, and aspire to become an ambassador for common and site spaces ;
You are highly organized and possess strong logistical skills ;
You hold a valid ASP Construction Card (an asset) ;
