Professional Flooring Installer

OFFERING PART TIME or ONCE IN A WHILE. I will usually only want your help 1 or 2 days a week on a Monday and Tuesday.

Laminate flooring, vinyl click flooring and engineered glue-down floors. Installations are in existing homes with carpet, pad and tacks trips tearouts common. So is removing baseboards and re-installing them and caulking them.

I am looking for someone who can install alongside me who is able to stay completely focused on installing practically nonstop. Who can get into work mode as soon as they step onto a job and can do that everyday they show up without fail.

I am a good leader and it is important for you to understand that I am always the one who sets the standards on my jobs. I am particular and I certain have ways to do my jobs and the standards I set must be met.

*Skills and experience must be high level enough to blend into my work. (You have to be a lot better than most of the installers out there.)

*No alcoholic dependent types. No drug users. Toxic energy and negative energy is not allowed at all. You have to be able to hold your own energy and not be too dependent.

*Dutiful and motivated hard work ethic to deliver what I deem high level installations. I am very responsible and get every job done the way I aim to.

My wife does Astrological birth charts and I have been trusting her advice.
