this is a subcontract so it is only a part of the total client fee that must cover Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Management, Engineering Stamp, Liability and Production.
we estimate Production to be 30% of the total market service value to the Owner.
Simple Residential Addition (ADU) production %= $300-$500 (approx $50/hr)

Enercalc or Software pay by analysis print out.
examples: from approx. $35 per Roof Rafter to $140 for Earthquake Lateral & Wind Analysis.
