We're Hiring: Commercial Project Manager DMV Area

We are a growing minority-certified general contractor seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial Estimator-Project Manager to join our team. Our work spans the DMV area, with a strong focus on government-funded projects, multifamily developments, apartment renovations, and restaurant build-outs.

Requirements:
5+ years of experience in commercial construction, Estimator-Project management

Proven track record managing government-funded projects (local, state, or federal)

Experience in multifamily, restaurant, and apartment renovation projects

Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor coordination

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously from pre-construction to close-out

Familiarity with local codes and compliance standards across the DMV

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned projects

Manage project timelines, budgets, and ensure quality and safety compliance

Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams

Lead project meetings and site visits

Prepare and review change orders, RFIs, and submittals

Maintain documentation and reporting by the contract and compliance standards
