Commercial HVAC Superintendent

Remington Construction is seeking a skilled Commercial HVAC Superintendent to oversee and manage all aspects of HVAC on our projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC, jobsite management, and be able to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Duties:
- Coordinate and supervise activities related to HVAC
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines
- Interpret construction plans and blueprints
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and contract requirements
- Utilize construction management software for project tracking
- Oversee field workers to ensure quality workmanship
- Implement and enforce OSHA safety regulations on the job site

Requirements:
- Proven experience in HVAC
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpreting schematics
- Knowledge of project scheduling and material ordering

Experience:
- Commercial Construction: 3 years (Required)
- License/Certification: Driver's License (Required), OSHA 30 (Preferred)
- Ability to Commute/Relocate: Northern VA, MD, DC (Required)
