Concrete Foreman / Finisher

Responsibilities
Oversee concrete projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality workmanship.
Coordinate daily tasks, manage crew effectively, and maintain productivity.
Actively participate in concrete pours and assist crew members as needed.
Maintain clear and consistent communication with the team and management.
Contribute positively to our team culture and work collaboratively with crew members.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
Utilize construction management software for project scheduling, documentation, and reporting.
Assist in supervising junior staff or laborers on-site as needed.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in concrete construction.
Thorough knowledge of all phases of concrete work (foundations, slabs, flatwork).
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to read blueprints and understand construction specifications.
Willingness to step in and physically assist crew during pours.
A positive attitude and dedication to building a strong, cohesive team culture.
