Estimator

Calling all skilled and highly analytical Estimators with experience in the commercial construction industry to join our dynamic company! As an Estimator, your primary responsibility will be to prepare accurate estimates for projects by gathering information, analyzing important metrics, and conducting regular risk assessments. Qualified candidates will possess excellent communication skills and will be well versed in mathematics, accounting, research, data analysis methods, and estimating. Responsibilities may include collecting quotes from subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers, maintaining strong relationships, analyzing company data, monitoring budgets and prices, identifying labor, material, costs and time requirements by researching proposals, blueprints, and any related documents, preparing detailed cost estimate reports, and overseeing the different stages of projects to ensure that expenses follow the forecast plan. Prior experience in construction estimating or project engineering is required. To be successful in this role, applicants must be proficient in MS Office Suite, CAD, Quick Bid, and Procore Construction Management.
