Job Description:
Essential Functions:

- Bidding, selling, and marketing E&K's services and products, including monitoring market and
technical trends.
- Estimating on selected project to determine final material, labor, and subcontractor costs to be
used in the creation of a proposal.
- Setting up projects through the incorporation of all pertinent data needed for completion of a
project.
- Reviewing and monitoring construction documents and contacts before, during, and at completion
of a project.
Ensures correct, timely, and complete information is sent to other departments on all projects.
Establishing qualified subcontractor bids and scope in determining contracts.
Manage and coordinate current projects by documenting and interacting with other departments
and clients for proper progress of jobs.
Attend and participate in all required company training programs.
Conform to all company policies and procedures.
Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience List the required experience/education for the position:
- Knowledge of general construction products and their installation.
- Ability to read and understand construction documents.
- Knowledge of Windows Application, including Microsoft Office and Estimating software.
- Ability to read (blueprints) plans and specifications.

Office Environment:
This position operates in a professional office environment and is not exposed to adverse environmental conditions. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. No PPE is required.
