At Wholesale Floors, a Diverzify company, we believe our associates are at the heart of our organization. We are searching for an Operations Manager whose role is to implement the right processes and practices across the organization by improving performance, procuring material and resources, and securing compliance. This position will mentor team members, find ways to increase the quality of customer service and implement best practices across all levels. Ultimately, we'll trust you to help us remain compliant, efficient, and profitable during the course of business.

Requirements

Here's what we are looking for

• Help the organization's processes remain legally compliant and ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way.
• Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices.
• Manage budgets and forecasts, purchase materials, plan inventory, and oversee warehouse efficiency!
• Formulate strategic and operational objectives, to perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs
• Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff
• Find ways to increase the quality of customer service

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management/Administration, Operations Management, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role
• Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
• Experience budgeting and forecasting
• Familiarity with business and financial principles
