Hospitality Maintenance General Laborer

Location: Wallace, NC

Seasonal

Assists all functions necessary in the maintenance of hospitality operations

Assists daily preventive maintenance schedules

General cleanup of hospitality areas including but not limited to pressure washing, sweeping, trash pick-up, window and floor cleaning, etc.

General up keep of hospitality areas including but not limited to simple repairs, painting, polishing, etc.

Loading and unloading materials.

Performs other duties as defined by manager.

Ability to walk, stoop, bend, lift up to 50 lbs., perform repetitive motions, hear, drive vehicular equipment.

Ability to safely operate electrical, pneumatic, and fuel powered equipment associated with general maintenance
