Sevan Multi Site Solutions is a veteran owned business that provides construction program management real estate & site development and architecture & engineering services for restaurant grocery fuel and convenience store retail and government sectors nationwide We work with leading brands like McDonalds Starbucks Sprouts and BP to name a few At Sevan we provide the talent technology and trusted expertise needed to consistently deliver excellence in multi site construction Sevan is an INC 5000 Fastest Growing Company Great Places to Work 2024 2024 HIRE Vets Gold Medallion Award Best Places to work in Chicago 20 21 22 23 Best Places to Work in Construction 2023 Summary The Superintendent oversees day to day field operations on construction sites The Superintendent is responsible for coordinating and supervising all onsite construction activities to ensure project success in terms of safety schedule quality and budget This position plays a key leadership role in managing subcontractors self perform crews and ensuring smooth execution from groundbreaking through project closeout Essential Duties and Responsibilities Field Leadership & Coordination Oversee and manage all field operations and on site construction activitiesDirect subcontractors suppliers and self perform crews to maintain progress and productivityMaintain strict adherence to project schedules ensuring milestone and completion dates are metScheduling & Logistics Develop and manage short term look ahead schedules in alignment with the master scheduleCoordinate delivery of materials equipment and resources to minimize downtimeIdentify potential delays or issues and implement corrective actions in real timeSafety & Compliance Enforce company safety policies and ensure compliance with OSHA regulationsConduct daily safety briefings jobsite inspections and ensure all workers have proper PPEDocument and report incidents injuries and near misses in accordance with company protocolQuality Assurance Ensure all construction activities adhere to plans specifications and quality standardsConduct ongoing inspections and walkthroughs to identify and correct deficienciesCoordinate testing inspections and third party quality control as requiredSubcontractor Oversight Supervise subcontractor performance ensuring scope schedule and quality complianceFacilitate coordination between trades to avoid conflicts and schedule impactsReview subcontractor work against plans and field conditions and escalate discrepanciesDocumentation & Reporting Maintain daily logs documenting workforce activities weather safety and progressTrack and report issues delays and inspections to the Project ManagerAssist in managing RFI responses field directives and change ordersProject Closeout Manage punch list completion final inspections and site demobilizationSupport delivery of as builts O&M manuals and final sign off from ownership and authoritiesEnsure jobsite is left clean safe and in compliance with contract requirementsQualifications High school diploma or equivalent required;
