Job Duties:

The Office Manager is responsible for supporting the Business Manager and ensuring the smooth operation of the company's office. This role involves overseeing daily office operations, including scheduling appointments for consultations and installations, handling customer inquiries, and preparing essential project documents such as estimates and invoices.

The Office Manager facilitates communication between clients, the fabrication shop, installation crews, and contractors to ensure project schedules are met and issues are resolved efficiently.

Additional responsibilities include serving as the primary point of contact for Spanish-speaking customers and employees, assisting with material selection, explaining processes, and ensuring clear communication.

The Office Manager supervises administrative staff, monitors inventory and supplies, coordinates logistics for on-site installations, and manages financial tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking.

The role also includes human resources responsibilities, such as onboarding and training new employees, particularly Spanish-speaking staff, and maintaining attendance records and schedules for office team members.

Supervision of Other Employees:

- Secretaries and Administrative Assistants, Except Legal, Medical, and Executive

- Receptionists and Information Clerks;

- Customer Service Representatives

Employment Experience Required:

- Needs to be fluent in English and Spanish.

- Speak, read, and write.
