Job DescriptionJob Description

Framing Field Supervisor:

Supervisor shall oversee all framing subcontractors, consultants and vendors on a daily basis. They shall ensure adequate manpower is available for each task and compliant work performed. Responsible for supervising Assistant Framing Supervisors.

Essential Functions:

Schedule subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely completion and material delivery

Perform quality control duties regarding work being performed

Communicate with Project Managers and Project Administrators regarding job progress

Maintain daily log (written) of activities on job site

Walk all units on project daily to monitor activities and assist in future planning

Preside over weekly subcontractor meetings designed to coordinate the work

Ensure that the job site is always kept in a clean and organized manner

Perform job progress and completion punch list identification and completion

Must be able to travel to location (Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, Tennessee)

Experience:

Ability to read blue prints

Be familiar with Framing building codes

Communication Skills:

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.

Ability to speak effectively before groups

Spanish speaking a plus
