CMT Technician / Inspector Job Description We are seeking a junior level technician to join our team in the New Orleans area. This role offers the opportunity to learn and grow within the construction and CMT industry. Candidates will gain experience in monitoring piles, logging piles, monitoring vibrations, classifying soils, and collecting materials for testing. Responsibilities Monitor and log piles to ensure compliance with specifications. Track and document vibrations during construction activities. Classify and collect soil samples for testing purposes. Follow technicians and engineers to gain a deeper understanding of industry practices. Essential Skills Proficiency in concrete monitoring and documentation processes. Ability to perform inspections according to industry standards. Minimum of 6 months of construction background . Additional Skills & Qualifications Dependability and a positive attitude are essential. A personal vehicle is beneficial. Clean DMV record preferred. Why Work Here?
