Stand Up Forklift Operator Job Description We are seeking a skilled Stand Up Forklift Operator responsible for efficiently operating forklifts for various warehouse tasks. The ideal candidate will handle loading and unloading, order picking, and staging in the docking area. Tasks also include replenishment, LTL shipments, and utilizing WMS and barcode scanning systems to manage inventory. Responsibilities Operate stand up forklifts to load and unload goods. Stage and pick orders accurately and efficiently. Manage replenishment and LTL shipments. Perform barcode scanning using WMS systems. Pull large orders weighing up to 4000 lbs. Shrink wrap pallets and utilize RF scanning devices. Operate pallet jacks and reach trucks safely. Essential Skills 1-2 years of stand up forklift experience. Proficiency in using WMS and barcode scanning systems. Ability to handle and move large orders. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with reach truck operations.
