Maintenance Mechanic

Hiring Industrial Maintenance Mechanics in Longmont, CO We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in Longmont, CO. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing manufacturing equipment and facility systems to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Pay: $42.00hr (opportunity for advancement) Shift: 3rd shift - 12 hour shifts Must be open to working any day of the week/weekend Job Description: Perform preventative maintenance on industrial equipment according to established schedules. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Utilize drawings, prints, and instruction manuals to determine proper steps for maintenance and repairs. Collaborate with other team members to identify and resolve equipment issues. Coach and train other team members on technical skills, machine functionality, and defect identification. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience as a maintenance technician or in a similar role. Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
