This is a hands-on role where you'll work directly with trades, manage bids and contracts, and play a key part in shaping cost strategy from the ground up. Key Responsibilities Negotiate pricing and contracts with trades and suppliers Prepare bid packages, manage scopes of work, and keep budgets in check Handle vendor onboarding and day-to-day trade communication Perform and verify take-offs using Bluebeam Maintain and audit purchasing data in JD Edwards (JDE) Set up new communities, plans, and options within JDE Track costs accurately across materials, labor, and budgets Review overage reports and forecast upcoming spend Qualifications & Experience Experience in residential purchasing or estimating Comfortable communicating directly with trades Familiarity with JD Edwards Interested?
