He or she will takeresponsibility and manage several components of the project. TheSuperintendent II is generally capable of managing multiplescopes/trades within the project up to $49 million insize.Qualified candidates should have a minimum of 5 yearsexperience in the multi-family housing construction industry, andknowledge in all areas of construction from site developmentthrough delivery and acceptance.
