Foreman

As a technician, you will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and servicing commercial and industrial HVAC equipment such as chillers, boilers, rooftop units, and refrigeration systems. This role involves traveling throughout the KC Metro area to perform work. You must be skilled in either installations or servicing and be open to doing both depending on the available work. Responsibilities Install, troubleshoot, and service commercial and industrial HVAC equipment. Travel throughout the KC Metro area for work assignments. Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC systems. Repair boilers, chillers, and air conditioning units. Conduct duct work and HVAC equipment service and installation. Demonstrate strong ability to troubleshoot commercial and industrial equipment. Perform necessary repairs on electrical, HVAC control, sheet metal, PLC control, pneumatics, and hydraulics. Handle installation of RTU systems. Essential Skills Proficiency in HVAC troubleshooting and repair. Experience with electrical systems, HVAC control, and sheet metal. Knowledge of PLC control, pneumatics, hydraulics, and installation. Ability to work with RTU systems. EPA Universal Certification. Additional Skills & Qualifications Associates degree in HVAC or a similar field. At least 2+ years of experience in the HVAC field.
